Greg creates all of his Charcuterie boards using his chainsaw mill first to get the width and length. He waits about 2 -3 years for the slabs to dry, to avoid movement in the wood. He then has to plane the wood flat and sand it smooth, then using his grinder and router to create the design around the edges.
For the epoxy designs, Greg uses his router to dig out the shape about 2” deep and fills them with the colored epoxy of choice.
He designs his charcuterie boards so the client can use one side for cutting and the other for serving!!
To clean, use a soapy cloth and dry. Don’t emerge into water.
