He then proceeds to use his grinder, this is where the magic happens. The grinder allows him to get the undulating, wavelike patterning, making every piece one of a kind. Sanding is a long, tedious process, but so satisfying at the same time. It brings the bowl more into focus getting rid of the grinder marks and showing the true grain patterning.
