This bowl was made by Greg Trumbley, using his chainsaw first to create the shape and balance. He then proceeds to his grinder, this is how he gets that wavelike, undulating patterns. Then to bring the bowl more into focus, he starts the sanding process. He finishes all of his bowls using a butcher block and salad bowl finish, by Watco, making them functional as well as a piece of art!
